Iron-rich stoneware lidded jar, finished in Shore Pebble - a layering up of iron oxide and an ash glaze. This particular jar received a thick layer of iron resulting in rich rusty and black patches.

A characterful, joyful object. Perfect for holding seashells and pinecones, or a secret stash of sweeties.
